Master jazz & blues artist Ray Blue is back at the African American Museum of Iowa for our final Jazz & Blues concert of the year!

Join us on Friday, October 11 to listen to the music of acclaimed artist Ray Blue! This performance will feature the Ray Blue Work Ensemble.

Tickets are $12 in advance, $15 at the door. Advance sales will end at 4:00 PM on October 11.

Ray Blue’s music can be described as a fusion of straight ahead jazz and rhythmic groove. Ray is a New York bred saxophonist, composer, arranger and educator who performs internationally. He received his Master’s degree from University of Iowa and now consults and presents at schools, colleges, universities and community institutions around the world. He is the founder of Cross-Cultural Connection, Inc. a 501 (c) 3 non-profit organization that promotes jazz culture, performance and education.
