Julie will demonstrate how to prepare a traditional sugo di pomorodo with San Marzano tomatoes and fresh basil. Next we will tackle a silky carbonara. Class attendees will also learn how to make from start to finish the hugely popular Bolognese sauce with local ingredients from Big Boy Meats. Finally, we’ll taste a bright and vibrant pesto.
