NewBo Happier Hour is back for 2019! Every Thursday, beginning January 10, 2019 from 6-8 pm we will be hosting a FREE fitness class (sponsored by our friends at Midwest Athletic Club – The MAC) as well as special tastings from some of your favorite breweries & wineries inside at the bar at NewBo Beer and Wine. Below is the Fitness schedule and stay tuned for announcements of breweries & wineries featuring special tastings!

2nd Thursday of every month = POUND!
Jan. 17th, Feb. 14th, March 14th, April 11th
3rd Thursday of every month = YOGA!
Jan. 24th, Feb. 21st, March 21st, April 18th
4th Thursday of every month = Cardio Dance!
Jan. 31st, Feb. 28th, March 28th, April 25th
Participants are encouraged to bring their own Yoga mats to YOGA & POUND classes.
