Spend your winter months working on flexibility and strength through yoga! This session will focus on strength, flexibility, breathing techniques, and meditation, all essential to a great season outdoors, regardless of your sport.
Michelle is a registered yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance, the owner of Ignite Outside, and an active outdoor athlete. She travels the world riding bikes and teaching yoga.
